AI growth strategy for SaaS founders
You created something that works. The investors understood it. The team understands it. The analyst covering your space understands it. Now you need to explain it to a VP of Marketing at a Series B brand who has four vendors competing for her attention and eleven minutes before her next call. That is a different problem. It is the one we solve.
The pattern we keep seeing
A technical founder raises a round, hires two agencies, produces a lot of collateral, and ends the quarter with a cleaner brand kit but no coherent narrative. The deck works for investors. The homepage converts engineers. Everyone else bounces. Two years in, the product is strong. The story is still catching up. We audit the positioning, find where the story breaks, and reframe it for the buyer.
How it works
We read everything first: the deck, the docs, the sales calls, the reviews, the competitor positioning. Then we interview the founders. One week later, you have a clear point of view on where you stand, where you should stand, and what to do about the gap. From there, we move into design and systems. Two founders throughout. No handoffs to a junior team.
What we have shipped
MetaV.RS: brand system and GTM that contributed to closing €3M in funding and €1M ARR. RetinAI: positioning and go-to-market for a Swiss MedTech AI expanding from European trial sites into the US market. PBA: paid acquisition strategy, cost-per-acquisition down 56%, conversion up 21%. These are not case studies in the agency sense. They are the work.
Common questions
When do founders usually come to you? +
Most often at Series A or pre-Series B. Traction is real, but the story is not keeping up with the growth. The board is asking questions the founder can answer in the room but not on a landing page. Occasionally earlier, when a technical founder is preparing for the first institutional round and knows the narrative is the weak link.
Is this positioning work or go-to-market? +
Both. Positioning tells you who you are talking to and why they should care. GTM tells you how to reach them. Doing GTM before positioning is spending money to amplify a message that does not land. We do not separate the two.
What does a full engagement cost and how long does it take? +
Positioning diagnostics start from €999 for a read, longer engagements from €3,000 per month. A full positioning and brand system takes four to six weeks. Growth retainers run three to six months. We scope everything in the first call.
We already have a designer and a marketing manager. Can you work alongside them? +
Yes. Most of our clients have someone in-house. We work with them, not around them. The positioning work often gives the existing team a frame they can actually execute against.
