The Service, its original content, features, functionality, proprietary methodologies (including AI adoption frameworks, system prompts, and operational models), and codebase are and will remain the exclusive property of Thomas Sauvé (doing business as Salt & Silicon) and its licensors. Our materials, trademarks, and trade dress may not be used, claimed by, or integrated into the operations of former partners, third-party companies, or holdings without explicit, written assignment of rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, in whole or in part, will be pursued legally.

Confidentiality of Workflows

During your interaction with Salt & Silicon, you may be exposed to proprietary workflows, AI integration strategies, and internal tools. You agree to hold all such proprietary methodologies in strict confidence and not to disclose, resell, or distribute them to any third parties without prior written consent from Thomas Sauvé.

Independent Entity

Thomas Sauvé operates Salt & Silicon as a fully independent entity. Nothing in these Terms or in any interaction with the Service shall be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you, any third party, and Thomas Sauvé. We disclaim any past or present affiliation with external holdings that have not been explicitly formalized in active, written contracts.
