Is this a conversion audit?

Yes. The audit looks at conversion through the whole buying path: the page, the offer, the funnel, the follow-up and the systems around it. The point is to name the leaks that make conversion harder than it should be.

What does €999 include?

Why include two workflow fixes?

What if the fixes are bigger than expected?

Larger systems get scoped separately. The audit includes the first safe fixes only. Implementation can start within 2 weeks when the scope is clear and capacity is available.
