Studio
AI creative studio, Barcelona
Barcelona is where we landed after years of running growth and wiring systems across Paris, Shanghai, Iceland, and London. Thomas: strategy, brand, ten years in fintech, media, and impact. Desh: systems, AI, physics degree, created and sold a company in Iceland. We set up here in January 2026. Two founders, one studio, full European time zone coverage.
What the location actually means
Most of our clients are not in Barcelona. They are in London, Amsterdam, Berlin, the Nordics. We are remote-first and on a plane when the engagement calls for it. Barcelona gives us a city that takes design seriously, low overhead, and no pressure from a head office. The work is the point.
What we do
Four disciplines: strategy, brand design, AI systems, and team coaching. We audit positioning, design brand systems, wire AI workflows, and coach marketing teams on how to use these tools without losing their voice. Every engagement involves Thomas and Desh. No account managers. No juniors assigned to your project while we are in other rooms.
Who comes to us
Series A and B founders who have traction but cannot explain their product to anyone who is not already a believer. CMOs at established brands whose content has started to sound like everyone else's. Creative directors who brought AI into the workflow and watched the brand drift. The industry varies. The gap is the same: between what they know they can produce and what goes out.
Common questions
Do you only work with Barcelona companies? +
No. Barcelona is our base. Our clients are spread across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, and the Nordics. We work remotely for execution and travel for strategy workshops when it makes sense.
Why does it matter that you are in Barcelona specifically? +
The Eixample is where we built this. Gaudi's curves next to Cerda's grid: organic obsession inside rational structure. That tension is in the name. The city is not a selling point. But it shaped how we think about the balance between systems and taste.
How do we start? +
A 30-minute call. No pitch deck. You walk away with something useful regardless of whether we work together.
